Early Life and Education
Greer began her life in Los Angeles but spent much of her childhood years living in Malibu. For two years she attended Idyllwild Arts Academy, studying theater. This experience gave Greer an early foundation in acting while developing as an artist and providing her with preparation for life in Hollywood.
Pageant Career
Greer began her pageant career by competing in pageants. In 2008, she won Miss Teen Malibu – just the start of many competitions to come! From 2011-2015 she represented Thousand Oaks at Miss California Teen competitions; also becoming Miss Golden Globe at the 72nd Golden Globe Awards was an honor that confirmed she was ready for more challenges in the entertainment world.
Acting Career
Greer Grammer began her acting career at 15 years old. Her debut came on Nickelodeon show iCarly and it set the foundation for what would follow.
Greer soon after secured her role on MTV show Awkward as Lissa Miller. While initially she appeared as a recurring character for seasons one and two, in later seasons three, four, and five she was promoted to series regular status – which won her many fans! Greer was featured as part of all five seasons.
Greer appeared as a guest actress on Melissa & Joey and The Middle. These opportunities helped her expand her acting repertoire and gain more experience behind the camera.
Greer was no stranger to film roles; she appeared in movies such as Deadly Illusions, The Last Summer and Roe v. Wade where her roles proved she could act effectively on both platforms.
Frasier Sequel
Greer Grammer made headlines in 2024 for landing an important role on Frasier Sequel series as Alice Doyle (Roz Doyle from original series). Greer was thrilled by this opportunity, which allowed her to carry on the legacy of Kelsey Grammer who played this part on original series Frasier show. This project allowed Greer to fulfill a dream and join his legacy within entertainment world.

Greer hails from a large family, with numerous half-siblings from her father Kelsey Grammer’s side. Spencer was born in 1983 and also an actress; she has appeared in shows such as Rick and Morty and Greek. Greer also shares close ties to Jude (born 2004) and Gabriel; in 2012 Faith joined their ranks too! Through their father, Greer shares a close bond with all her siblings that helps support each of them throughout their lives and careers.
