A Young Star in Lacrosse
Kate was not an occasional player. She was extremely skilled in lacrosse. She represented England’s Under-19 team during the 2007 World Cup. During a game against Canada, she was declared the MVP.
In 2008, she represented England’s senior national team. Once more, she was declared the MVP during the Senior Home Internationals. These were significant achievements for someone so young.
College Life in the U.S.
Kate went on to college in the United States after high school. She enrolled at the University of Notre Dame. She played four years of lacrosse there.
She played in 69 games and received four monograms with the women’s lacrosse team at Notre Dame. She was also successful academically. She majored in finance at the Mendoza College of Business. Kate was a BIG EAST Academic All-Star multiple times.
Meeting AJ Pollock
While at Notre Dame, Kate befriended AJ Pollock, a university baseball player. They clicked. They shared the passion for sports and a healthy way of life.
AJ proposed to Kate on a trip to Australia later. It was at Bondi Beach cliff walk, a lovely place that was special to her.
They exchanged vows on December 11, 2014. Their wedding was low-key but filled with love.
Life as a Family
Kate and AJ are residents of the United States. They like fitness, healthy eating, and just being with each other.
They welcomed their first child, Maddi Mae Pollock, in March 2020. Maddi was premature but became healthy and strong. They then had two additional daughters: Tilly James Pollock in April 2022 and Bowie Reese Pollock in August 2024.
Kate is also close to her family. She cheers on AJ in his baseball career and is concerned with bringing up their children.

Career and Beyond
Kate worked in finance at GE Capital after college from 2012 to 2013. But following marriage and motherhood, she turned more towards family life.
