Sebastian was raised in Los Angeles, California with his famous actor father James Spader as his role model. Instead of pressuring Sebastian into following in his footsteps as an entertainer like himself, James encouraged all four children to find their own path – enabling Sebastian to explore various careers and interests from a young age.
