Early Life and Background
Judy Loe was born Judith Margaret Loe in 1947 in Urmston, Manchester, England. She had a nurturing upbringing with her mother, Nancy Loe, who worked in a department store, and her father, Norman Scarborough Loe, in the equipment business.
