Isaiah Wong is an American professional basketball player. He currently plays for the Indiana Pacers of the NBA as a point guard or shooting guard.
Wong was born on January 28, 2001, in Piscataway, New Jersey to a catholic family. He studied for two years at Notre Dame High School and played basketball there. Later he moved to Bonner & Prendergast Catholic High School in Drexel Hill, where he helped his team to the title of Philadelphia Catholic League. He was also named as named Catholic League MVP that season.
For college, he joined the University of Miami and played basketball for the Miami Hurricanes. As a senior in 2023, Wong earned third-team All-American honors and was named the ACC Player of the Year.
In the 2023 NBA draft, he was chosen as the 55th pick by the Indiana Pacers. This was dream come true moment for him and from here his professional career started.
