Enea Bastianini (born on December 30, 1997) is an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer. He is currently riding for the Ducati Lenovo Team in the MotoGP class. Bastianini has had a successful career, winning the 2020 Moto2 World Championship and achieving notable results in Moto3 and MotoGP.

Bastianini started his motorcycle racing career in Moto3, where he quickly showed everyone how talented he was by finishing high in many races. He spent a few years in Moto3, and in 2015, he finished third overall. The next year, he did even better and came in second place.
After doing so well in Moto3, Bastianini moved up to Moto2 in 2019 with the Italtrans Racing Team. Even though he was new to this class, he did really well, often finishing in the top ten and even getting a podium finish in Brno.
In 2020, Bastianini had an amazing season in Moto2. He won the championship after a tough fight with Luca Marini, winning races in Andalucia, Brno, and Misano. From this, he got a chance to MotoGP.
Bastianini made his MotoGP debut in 2021 with the Avintia Racing Team, riding an older model Ducati bike. Despite the difficulties of racing in the top class, he managed to finish on the podium twice and ended the season 11th in the world championship standings.
In 2022, Bastianini joined the Gresini-Ducati team and continued to shine. He won four races and was in the running for the championship until the second-to-last race, ultimately finishing third in the world championship.
Because of his great performances, Bastianini got promoted to the factory Ducati team for the 2023 season, where he teamed up with the reigning champion, Francesco Bagnaia.
